Multi-ticket purchases appear together. Check that the full payment reached the church before confirming the group. A proof upload alone is not confirmation.

Verify a purchase
Choose a purchase from the queue. A purchase with multiple tickets is verified together, after reconciliation.

Visible to administrators only. Pending registrations reserve numbers immediately, so they cannot be sold twice. Voided numbers stay reserved; released numbers become available again. Original sales remain in the audit history.

Cancel sale & release ticket(s)
Admin only. Cancel one ticket or the rest of a multi-ticket purchase. The number becomes available for resale; the original buyer, proof and payment history stay in Raffle Entries and Raffle Audit. Strict no-refund policy.
Volunteer totals
Correct / void a registration (keeps number reserved)
You can correct an individual ticket. Reversing its payment or voiding it removes that ticket's verified status; the change is recorded in the Raffle Audit tab. A voided ticket stays reserved for traceability.
